Here’s what it costs, here’s what you get, and here’s how we start. I believe in transparent pricing so you know exactly what you’re getting into before we ever hop on a call. No surprises, no guessing.
Transaction coordination (paid at closing)

Dual sided means dual agency, a transaction broker situation, or a transaction where one side is unrepresented.
A la carte services (paid up front)

A quick note on the Listing Package: To get started, I need you to fill out my listing form. From there, I work from your direction. I don’t monitor listing expiration dates or watch for price changes, so if you need an expiration date updated or a price change made, just reach out and I’ll take care of it right away.
How payment works: A la carte services are paid up front, and I send a Venmo request to get things rolling. Prefer an invoice? Just let me know and I can send one through Aframe. Transaction coordination packages are paid at closing.
